ENHANCE YOUR ABILITY TO SUCCEED
How we help
Success in academics requires both strong learning skills ánd the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
That’s why we offer both ACADEMIC COACHING to boost study strategies and EXECUTIVE FUNCTION SKILLS COACHING to build skills like planning, organization, prioritization, time-management, and follow-through.
Our work is not subject-based; instead, we focus on developing the core skills learners need so they can:

-
Plan and manage academic demands effectively
-
Process, retain, and apply information efficiently
-
Perform under pressure in tests and exams
-
Adapt strategies as workload and complexity increase

Each learner is supported using a basket of structured tools, selected and applied according to their assessment outcomes and individual needs.

Who we help
All around the world, we support students of all ages (from age 7-years to university level, as well as adults) through our online Learning Skills Assessment and 1-on-1, online coaching.
We work with capable learners - including high-performing students - who may be:

-
Working harder than necessary to achieve or maintain results
-
Experiencing increasing cognitive load and pressure
-
Limited by inefficient or ingrained learning habits
-
In need of refinement, structure, or strategic support
What is Academic Coaching?
Academic coaching focuses on improving overall learning strategies and study habits based on the latest research available. We guide students in areas such as time management, effective studying, exam preparation, and setting academic goals.
This coaching is ideal for students who need support in achieving better grades and developing long-term academic success.
What is Executive Function Skills Coaching?
Executive Function Skills coaching helps students strengthen the mental skills necessary for organization, focus, and self-management. We work on skills like planning, prioritization, task initiation, working memory, follow-through, motivation, and managing distractions.
This coaching is beneficial for students who struggle with staying organized, completing tasks on time, or managing their workload independently.
WHY WE FOCUS ON BOTH
Academic success is not just about understanding subject content; it also depends on developing the right learning strategies and mental skills to manage time, tasks, and stress. That’s why we offer both Academic Coaching ánd Executive Function Coaching.
These approaches complement each other: Academic coaching helps students enhance their learning skills and performance, while Executive Function coaching ensures they have the tools and systems to stay organized, focused, and on track.
By addressing both academic coaching and Executive Function skills, we provide a comprehensive support system that empowers students to excel academically and manage their workload confidently. This dual focus prepares students not only for academic success but also for long-term personal and professional growth by developing skills they can use in all areas of life.
IT DIFFERS FROM TUTORING & STUDY METHODS
Tutoring and Study Method courses fixes today’s problems; we build tomorrow’s learners.
By developing the underlying, core skills for learning, we help students take charge of their learning in ways tutoring and standard study methods alone can’t.
It's simple - where tutoring and traditional study method courses stops, our coaching starts: underlying learning and processing skills, proven research-based study strategies, and Executive Function Skills for real learning independence.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Learning Skills Assessment
Ages 7yrs to adult

WE DON'T GUESS - WE ASSESS
No coaching or intervention is provided without first understanding how the learner learns.
The very first step is therefore our non-academic Learning Skills Assessment to understand how a learner's Foundational Learning Skills affect their academic, sport and life performance.

The assessment allows us to:

-
Understand how the learner processes information
-
Identify Executive Function Skills strengths and pressure points
-
Uncover habits that support or undermine learning
-
Determine cognitive load and inefficiencies
-
Establish whether cognitive development support is required
This assessment-led approach ensures that every learner's support pathway is intentional, individualised, and
evidence-based.
